WeWhoDo by numbers

Founders Mike James and Russell Phillippe launched WeWhoDo in 2018 after a combined fourteen years of experience in Big Four consultancies. During that time, our founders witnessed a growing demand from businesses to source talent flexibly and saw how exceptional consultants can create lasting impact.

Years operating

WeWhoDo is still founder led and remains strong in our commitment to advance agility. We continue to support consultants to find projects that inspire their passion and businesses to source talent from the best of the best.

We’ve gone from strength to strength since our foundation four years ago.

Signed clients

Our clients have ranged from the UK Government, Asics and IKEA to some of the most innovative sustainable start-ups such as Ocean Bottle and Lasso Loop.

We treat each and every one, as if it were our first. We recognise the need to tailor our offering to meet their needs as when our clients are successful, we’re successful.

Projects delivered

We’re only as successful as our last project. We’re proud that over 80% of projects are either referred or repeat clients.

Providing more client opportunities means there’s further opportunity for experts that complement their passions and accelerate their career.
