Russell is a former PwC Data and Technology consultant with over a decade’s experience in technology businesses. As CTO, he takes care of our platform and ensures we're leading the way in the future of work innovation.
Head of Growth
Before joining WeWhoDo, Milly was formerly with Accenture and served as a MD of a Europe-wide start-up. Today, Milly drives growth across our client and expert community, to increase opportunities for everyone on the platform.
Community and Sustainability Manager
Claudia comes from a scientific background and has an MSc in Environment, Politics and Society. Now, Claudia takes care of our expert members while also driving our sustainability initiatives and certifications.
Marina is a community expert in the fields of sustainability and CSR. Formerly with PwC & Oliver Wyman, Marina founded Bemari, a B Corporation certified partner consultancy.
Marina has helped us develop our client community, as well as advising us on our sustainability journey - including B Corp.

Ines has supported our clients on their sustainability journey, developed WeWhoDo's thought leadership and provided feedback on behalf of our expert member community.
Mo has over 20 years experience advising start-ups and SMEs across all aspect of finance, tax planning and growth advice.
Mo has been a dedicated advisor to WeWhoDo, since our inception and has helped with everything from day-to-day operational finance to supporting key commercial decisions.
Hugh is a Partner at a leading London Corporate Law Firm.
Hugh has supported WeWhoDo, from helping us with the optimal legal structure to providing steer on a range of commercial matters.
Founders Mike James and Russell Phillippe launched WeWhoDo in 2018 after a combined fourteen years of experience in Big Four consultancies. During that time, our founders witnessed a growing demand from businesses to source talent flexibly and saw how exceptional consultants can create lasting impact.
WeWhoDo is still founder led and remains strong in our commitment to advance agility. We continue to support consultants to find projects that inspire their passion and businesses to source talent from the best of the best.
