WeWhoDo is a sustainability focussed tech start-up, which connects leading independent (freelance) management consultants to world leading companies. 

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate individual to join us in helping WWD to achieve its ambition to become the number one, sustainable and ethically focussed talent platform in the marketplace.  We need someone who can both think strategically towards the bigger picture, whilst simultaneously driving working towards individual and company growth targets.

What can you expect to be doing? 

a)  Day to day: identifying new clients, account managing and fulfillment of projects (80% of your time)

  • Researching and developing target client lists 
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop new campaigns to target the right leads
  • Direct reach outs (either direct through research, or through warm marketing campaign leads)
  • Introducing clients to the web platform and supporting them to use it
  • Helping clients scope new projects and roles
  • Working with the community manager to identify the right members for your clients 
  • Closing the deal and fulfilling projects through client negotiations and management
  • Ongoing client and account management including 
  • Forever improving client experience
  • Building partnerships or other commercial relationships which to help us win future work

 

b) Business building projects: one-off projects (20% of your time)

  • Launching new business development methods and initiatives
  • Market analysis, segmentation and go-to-market strategies
  • Working with the product team to build new features to enhance the client experience 
  • Sales process improvement projects
  • Partnership strategy and development

 

What experience do I need?

  • Minimum 4 years experience’ corporate, business development or strategic sales capacity
  • Two of those years directly involved in a recruitment or account management role
  • Can demonstrate track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A solution orientated, problem solving mindset

Marketing manager

We require a B2B Marketing Manager to help build, co-ordinate and run all marketing activities - from social media, paid advertising and in-person events. We need someone who is ambitious and excited to work closely with the whole team to make an Impact.

We’re looking for a B2B marketing manager to work directly with the founding team and community team to take the business into its next phase of growth. WeWhoDo has experienced strong organic growth for two years by simply delivering for both clients and consultants. 

We are now entering a new exciting phase of business growth, with digital marketing being the driving force and therefore the role of Marketing Manager being pivotal. This said, you will take a hands-on role in shaping the future of WeWhoDo, with huge ambitions to go with it.

What can you expect to be doing? 

a)  Day to day: day to day execution of marketing campaigns

  • Creation and posting of Social Media posts and email campaigns
  • Managing & updating the Website company Insights page
  • Creating weekly & monthly marketing reports
  • Working closely with the team to identify the priority target clients and experts
  • Planning and execution of in-person and virtual events
  • Building relationships with partnership companies


b) Business building projects: one-off projects (20% of your time)

  • Helping develop the brand identity
  • Contributing to company strategy to help identify ways in which we can grow
  • Development of brand guidelines and assets
  • Developing the marketing strategy, roadmap and KPIs required for success
  • Gathering feedback from Clients and Experts on Marketing campaigns
  • Helping develop sales funnels, linked from Marketing to
  • Working towards a ‘Head of Growth’ role


What experience do I need?

  • Minimum two years experience working in a B2B start-up marketing role
  • Experience in Marketing analytics tools – including Google Analytics and Social Media management platforms
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Can demonstrate track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
