technology businesses. As CTO, he takes care of our platform and ensures we're leading the way in the future of work innovation.

Before joining WeWhoDo, Milly was formerly with Accenture and served as a MD of a Europe-wide start-up. Today, Milly drives growth across our client and expert community, to increase opportunities for everyone on the platform.

Claudia comes from a scientific background and has an MSc in Environment, Politics and Society. Now, Claudia takes care of our expert members while also driving our sustainability
initiatives and certifications.

Founders Mike James and Russell Phillippe launched WeWhoDo in 2018 after a combined fourteen years of experience in Big Four consultancies. During that time, our founders witnessed a growing demand from businesses to source talent flexibly and saw how exceptional consultants can create lasting impact.
WeWhoDo is still founder led and remains strong in our commitment to advance agility. We continue to support consultants to find projects that inspire their passion and businesses to source talent from the best of the best.
We’ve gone from strength to strength since our foundation four years ago.
Our clients have ranged from the UK Government, Asics and IKEA to some of the most innovative sustainable start-ups such as Ocean Bottle and Lasso Loop.
