A former EY and Independent Management Consultant, Mike co-founded WeWhoDo in 2018. Today, Mike remains closely involved with all aspects of operations and development as WeWhoDo makes strides toward becoming the leading sustainable freelance community.

Russell is a former PwC Data and Technology consultant with over a decade’s experience in technology businesses. As CTO, he takes care of our platform and ensures we're leading the way in the future of work innovation.

Before joining WeWhoDo, Milly was formerly with Accenture and served as a MD of a Europe-wide start-up. Today, Milly drives growth across our client and expert community, to increase opportunities for everyone on the platform.

Founders Mike James and Russell Phillippe launched WeWhoDo in 2018 after a combined fourteen years of experience in Big Four consultancies.
