• Managed academic publishers (Pearson, Wiley, McGraw-Hill, Elsevier, etc.) for Kindle UK, India and Australia
• Delivered Amazon’s first Kindle Academic Season promotion resulting in 2-3x growth in publisher sales
• Led terms negotiations resulting in improved product margin by over 300bps

• Provided strategic direction for HAL’s Executive Committee through semi-annual horizon scans
• Delivered the first chapter of “Taking Britain Further”; HAL’s submission to Airports Commission
• Delivered demand forecasts and airline affordability assessment for HAL’s third runway business case
• Led airline stakeholder management during commercial negotiations around Heathrow’s expansion plans

• Negotiated HAL’s passenger forecast with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and airlines for successful settlement
• Modernised and optimised the forecasting tools and processes to ensure they are in-line with best-in-class standards
